My story
I’ve spent 30 years in healthcare—20+ as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist—guiding people through some of their most stressful moments. After my RA diagnosis, clinical knowledge met everyday life: family, work, travel, and the deep desire to feel like myself again. I created Joint Ventures to bridge those worlds— translating knowledge into tools you can use today, with a tone that’s balanced, encouraging, and real.

My approach (balanced & evidence-informed)
RA is complex—and so are you. I don’t promise one magic protocol. I combine traditional medicine with functional tools and gentle biohacking, filtered through one question: Will this help you feel better and function better in real life?
- Energy-first: you can’t execute any plan if you’re exhausted.
- Data-light, life-heavy: use trackers and cues, but keep it simple..
- Minimum effective dose: Start small, earn wins, expand what works.
- Time systems: Planning that reduces stress instead of adding to it.
- Sane nutrition: Anti-inflammatory meals without perfectionism.
- Smart movement: Strength + mobility + pacing that respects flares.
