Chia Pudding with Almond Butter and Berries

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup berries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Optional: cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix chia, milk, vanilla. Refrigerate overnight. Top with berries and almond butter.
