Lemon Herb Chicken & Quinoa Power Bowl

Instructions
Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano. Grill or pan-sear until fully cooked.
Assemble quinoa, chicken, chickpeas, cucumber, onion, and feta in a bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Serve warm or chilled.
