Mediterranean Sardine Toast
Ingredients

can sardines in olive oil
wild-caught
2
slices
gluten-free or sourdough bread
½
avocado
mashed
1
tbsp
lemon juice
1
tbsp
extra-virgin olive oil
Fresh parsley or dill
Black pepper
Instructions
Toast bread.
Mash avocado with lemon and olive oil.
Spread on toast.
Add sardines on top.
Finish with herbs and black pepper.
