Veggie Egg Scramble with Avocado
Ingredients

spinach or mixed vegetables

olive oil

avocado
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté vegetables until soft. Add eggs and scramble gently. Top with avocado.
