- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 cups high-quality bone broth
- 2 carrots sliced
- 2 celery stalks sliced
- 2 cups leafy greens spinach or kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt adjust to taste
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: turmeric or fresh herbs
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add carrots and celery. Sauté 3–5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in bone broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add shredded chicken and cook 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in greens and cook until just wilted.
