Optional: turmeric or fresh herbs
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add carrots and celery. Sauté 3–5 minutes until slightly softened.
Pour in bone broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add shredded chicken and cook 5–7 minutes.
Stir in greens and cook until just wilted.
Season with salt and pepper. Add turmeric if using.
Serve warm.
Notes
This soup keeps well for 3–4 days and is ideal for post-travel or post-holiday resets.
