Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 cups high-quality bone broth
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 celery stalks sliced
  • 2 cups leafy greens spinach or kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: turmeric or fresh herbs

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add carrots and celery. Sauté 3–5 minutes until slightly softened.
  • Pour in bone broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add shredded chicken and cook 5–7 minutes.
  • Stir in greens and cook until just wilted.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Add turmeric if using.
  • Serve warm.

Notes
