A fast, high-protein smoothie perfect for busy mornings, low appetite, or post-workout recovery.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop protein powder whey, soy, or pea
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt or soy yogurt
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup milk or fortified soy milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flax or chia seeds
- Cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Adjust thickness with more milk if needed.
- Serve immediately.
