A fast, high-protein smoothie perfect for busy mornings, low appetite, or post-workout recovery.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder whey, soy, or pea
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt or soy yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup milk or fortified soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax or chia seeds
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Adjust thickness with more milk if needed.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Best option when appetite is low.
Use a blender bottle for easier cleanup.
Can increase calories by adding nut butter.
