Baked Salmon with Sweet Potatoes and Greens
Ingredients
Salmon fillet
Sweet potato
Green vegetables
asparagus, green beans, or spinach
Olive oil
Garlic
salt, and pepper
Instructions
Bake salmon and sweet potato at 400°F until cooked through. Serve with lightly sautéed or steamed greens.
