Turkey Lettuce Wrap
Simple, protein-dense turkey lettuce wraps made with crisp cucumber or pickles and wrapped in fresh lettuce. These wraps are easy on digestion, blood-sugar stable, and ideal for travel days, busy afternoons, or light lunches when energy matters.
- 4 –6 slices high-quality turkey breast nitrate-free, minimally processed
- ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber or dill pickles
- 4 –6 large butter lettuce or romaine leaves
- Optional: 1 tsp olive oil or avocado oil
- Optional: pinch of sea salt and black pepper
Lay lettuce leaves flat on a clean surface.
Place 1 slice of turkey on each lettuce leaf.
Add a few cucumber slices or pickles on top of the turkey.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil if using and season gently with salt and pepper.
Roll the lettuce tightly around the filling.
Store wraps in a zip-top bag or airtight container until ready to eat.
