Turkey & Sweet Potato Stir-Fry
A fast, one-pan dinner with protein, colorful vegetables, and anti-inflammatory ingredients.

lean ground turkey

sweet potato
diced small

cup
broccoli florets

red bell pepper
sliced

avocado oil

tbsp
coconut aminos or tamari
1/2
tsp
grated ginger
1
garlic clove
minced
Sesame seeds and green onion for garnish
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook sweet potato 5–6 minutes until beginning to soften.
Add turkey and cook through.
Add broccoli, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger.
Stir in coconut aminos.
Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Top with sesame seeds and green onion.
