Turkey & Sweet Potato Stir-Fry
A fast, one-pan dinner with protein, colorful vegetables, and anti-inflammatory ingredients.

Ingredients
- 4 oz lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup sweet potato diced small
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos or tamari
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Sesame seeds and green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook sweet potato 5–6 minutes until beginning to soften.
- Add turkey and cook through.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger.
- Stir in coconut aminos.
- Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Top with sesame seeds and green onion.
