Sheet-Pan Citrus & Herb Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice + zest of 1 orange OR lemon
- 1 clove garlic grated
- ½ tsp dried dill or parsley
- Salt + pepper
- Optional: add sliced carrots, asparagus, or zucchini to the same sheet pan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.Place salmon on lined sheet pan; drizzle with olive oil and citrus.Add garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.Add veggies to the pan if using.Bake 12–14 minutes until flaky.Serve warm with side salad or cauliflower rice.
