Ingredients
Citrus + Berry Cubes
- 1 cup filtered water or sparkling water
- 2 lemon slices
- 2 lime slices
- 6 blueberries
- 4 raspberries
- Fresh mint leaves
TROPICAL CUBES
- 1 cup coconut water
- Small strawberry slices
- Kiwi slices
- Pineapple pieces
- Mint leaves
HERBAL CUBES
- Brewed and cooled hibiscus tea or green tea
- Orange slices
- Blueberries
- Fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Step 1
- Place small pieces of fruit and herbs into each compartment of an ice cube tray.
- Step 2
- Pour water, sparkling water, coconut water, or cooled herbal tea over the fruit.
- Step 3
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Step 4
- Add cubes to:
- Water
- Sparkling water
- Iced tea
- Lemonade
- Mocktails
Notes
Use silicone trays for easy removal.
