Mediterranean Sardine Toast
Ingredients
- 1 can sardines in olive oil wild-caught
- 2 slices gluten-free or sourdough bread
- ½ avocado mashed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Fresh parsley or dill
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Toast bread.
- Mash avocado with lemon and olive oil.
- Spread on toast.
- Add sardines on top.
- Finish with herbs and black pepper.
