Mediterranean Sardine Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 can sardines in olive oil wild-caught
  • 2 slices gluten-free or sourdough bread
  • ½ avocado mashed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Fresh parsley or dill
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  • Toast bread.
  • Mash avocado with lemon and olive oil.
  • Spread on toast.
  • Add sardines on top.
  • Finish with herbs and black pepper.
